Bobby Gene Woodward ( Carson)

Funeral Services with Military Honors for Mr. Bobby Gene Woodward will be held at 12:00pm on Saturday, October 5, 2019, in the Wade Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Woodward was 62 and passed away from this life on Thursday, October 3, 2019, in Carson. Reverend Ronnie Purser will officiate and Interment will be in the Collins City Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Robert Eugene Woodward was born on June 4, 1957 in Collins to Roy and Minnie Mae Dollar Woodward. Mr. Woodward was a retired welder and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He was a Baptist.

Mr. Woodward was preceded in death by his mother and father.

Survivors include his daughter, Leanna Woodward (Johnnie Bates) of Carson; 3 grandchildren, Jonathan Fairley, Brianna Horn, and Jayden Woodward; 2 great-grandchildren, Keith Fairley and Brooklyn Horn; 3 brothers, Larry Flynt (Barbara) of Collins, Warren Tibbetts (Joy) of New Roads, LA, and William L. Woodward (Jan) of Trussville, AL; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 5, 2019, from 9:30am until 12:00pm at Wade Funeral Home.
