Funeral services for Mrs. Lanell Bryant will be held at 12:00pm on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at Sanford Missionary Baptist Church. Mrs. Bryant, age 60, passed away from this life on Sunday, November 17, 2024, at her home. Brother Joe Lott, Brother Clay Williamson, Brother Justin Corley will officiate, and interment will follow in the Bryant Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Greg Sullivan, Otis Ray Simmons, Chase Stanley, Kasey Shows, Keith Lowery, Paul Davis, Kameron Washington, and Matthew Mack. Serving as Honorary Pallbearer will be Ethan Corley.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Carol Lanell Lowery Bryant was born on March 13, 1964, in Hattiesburg, to Gladys Vernell Simmons Lowery and Kenneth Carroll Lowery. Mrs. Bryant earned her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. She retired from the University of Southern Mississippi. She was a life-long member of Sanford Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father and mother, K.C. and Vernell Lowery; her husband of 27 years, Dale Bryant; her son, Chadd Brryant; and her granddaughter, Callie Anding.

Survivors include her daughter Shannon Anding (Jonathan) of Seminary; grandchildren, Kailey Anding, Cassidy Anding, Gracley Anna Anding, Campbrelle Bryant, Jazmin Bryant, and Jakob Bryant; 1 sister, Cheryl Shows (Adam) of Seminary; as well as a host ofnieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2024, from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Sanford Missionary Baptist Church.
