Funeral Services for Mrs. Cynthia Gail Mooney will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at Cold Springs Baptist Church. Mrs. Mooney, age 62, passed away from this life on Monday, June 24, 2019 at her residence in Seminary. Reverend Mike Davis will officiate and interment will be in the Cold Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Joey Mooney, Rocky Mooney, Teddy Mooney Reese Mooney, Grant Hathorn, and Josh Hopstein.

Cynthia Gail Hopstein Mooney was born on January 5, 1957 in Hattiesburg to Richard Leo and Yvonne Shattles Hopstein. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace Outreach Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father.

Survivors are her husband of 44 years, Ted Mooney of Seminary; 1 daughter, Kacie Hathorn (Grant) of Petal; 3 sons, Teddy Mooney, Jr. (Tanya) of Denham Springs, LA, Rocky Mooney (Treva) of Seminary, and Joey Mooney (Willie Jean) of Crystal Springs; 14 Grandchildren; and 3 brothers, Ricky Hopstein (Nancy) of Hattiesburg, Billy Hopstein (Rhonda) of Meridian, and Jordie Lewis of Purvis; as well a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at Cold Springs Baptist Church.
