A memorial service for Mr. Dennis Lewis will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at Sunset Baptist Church. Mr. Lewis, age 62, passed away from this life on Tuesday, July 13, 2021, in Hattiesburg.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Dennis Walton Lewis was born on September 30, 1958, in Ukiah, CA, to Charles Lee Lewis, Sr. and Viola Ruth Pierce Lewis. He was a race car mechanic and had worked in the offshore oil and gas industry for many years.

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his mother and father; and 1 brother, Charles Lee "Butch" Lewis, Jr.

Survivors are 2 daughters, Beth Speed (Michael) of Seminary, and Krysti Matthews (Chris) of Mt. Olive; 1 son, Jacob Lewis (Lauren) of Saraland, AL; 1 sister, Lynda Lewis of Collins; and 7 grandchildren; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 24, from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm at Sunset Baptist Church.
