Graveside Funeral Rites for Mrs. Dorothy "Dot" Partin will be held at 12:30pm on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in the Williamsburg Baptist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Partin, age 88, passed away from this life on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at her residence in Gulfport. Reverend Dr. Steve Wade will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Bruce Evans Cobb, Michael Stabler, Galen Lambeth, Drake Troutman, Jim Williams, and Casey Williams. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Ace Stewart and Zack Cobb.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Dorothy Jean Stewart Partin was born on August 3, 1938, in Collins to Ena Jean Bryant Stewart and Andrew Clayton Stewart. Mrs. Partin was retired from the Gulfport Memorial Hospital Business Office and was a member of 28th Street Baptist Church in Gulfport.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father, Ena Jean and Clayton Stewart; her husband, James Wine Partin; 2 sons, Ronnie Stewart and Mark Stabler; and her sister, Billie Faye Allen.

Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Cobb of Gulfport; son, Andrew Stabler of Gulfport; step-daughter, Jamie Leigh (Galen) Lambeth of Bay Minette, AL; 10 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; and her nephew, Jim (Kristy) Williams of Collins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 11:30am until 12:30pm at Williamsburg Baptist Church.
