Funeral services for Fannie K. Jordan will be held at 1:00pm on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 in the Chapel at Wade Funeral Home. Mrs. Jordan passed away from this life on Friday, August 24, 2018 in Foxworth.  The Reverend Kevin Crozier will officiate and interment will be in the Tyrone Cemetery in Prentiss.

Pallbearers will be Kin Kinchen, Rob Zehentner, Hollis Kinchen, and Dewey Averett. Zack Zehentner will serve as Honorary Pallbearer.

Fannie Kinchen Jordan was born on March 1, 1928 in Independence, LA to Ivy Benjamin and Fannie Gates Kinchen. Mrs. Jordan was a homemaker and was a member of the Church of God in Albany, LA.

She was preceded in death by her mother and father; her husband, Robert L. Jordan; 2 sisters, Monelle Bankston and Ivy Dean Kinchen; and 2 brothers, Ben Kinchen and Ivy Kinchen.

Survivors are her daughter, Judy Stringer (Greg) of Foxworth; 2 granddaughters, Candy Ryan (Brandon) of Sun City, AZ, and Katie Zehentner of Foxworth; 1 great-grandson, Zack Zehentner; 1 sister, Marie Averett of Loranger, LA; and 2 brothers, Sid Kinchen of Baton Rouge and Bruce Kinchen (Carolyn) of Independence, LA; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Wade Funeral Home.
