Funeral Services for Freddie King will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, March 29, 2019 at the Wade Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. King, age 58, passed away from this life on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at his residence near Collins. Reverend Gary Bridges and Reverend Reese Douglas, Jr., will officiate and Kenny and Carolyn Prince will provide the musical tribute. Interment will follow in the Ora Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Ricky McNair, Marvin Carter, Mason Graham, Robin Dickens, Blake Haden, and Carey Barrett. Serving as Honorary Pallbearer will be Mike Bridges.

James Freddie King was born on November 27, 1960 in Collins to James King and Minnie Mae Dickens King. Mr. King was a mechanic, and formerly a truck driver. He was a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include his son, Jacob "Jake" King of Collins; his father and mother, James and Minnie Mae King of Collins; 1 brother, Dudley King of Mt. Olive; 1 sister, Vickie Haden (Walter) of Range, AL; and his former wife, Belinda King of Collins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, March 29, 2019 from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at Wade Funeral Home.
