Graveside Funeral Services for Mr. Wayne Stuckey will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at the Longview Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Stuckey, age 77, passed away from this life on Sunday, November 28, 2021, in Lakeland, TN. Bro Joe Wren will officiate.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Howard Wayne Stuckey was born on December 22, 1943, in Collins, to Howard Earl Stuckey and Velma Mae Jernigan Stuckey. Mr. Stuckey was a banker and was instrumental in the building of the Collins City Baseball Parks. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Bartlett, TN.

He was preceded in death by his father, Howard Earl Stuckey, and his wife of 57 years, Carlon Welch Stuckey.

Survivors include his mother, Velma Stuckey of Collins; 2 sons, Gid Stuckey (Sunja) of Olive Branch and Mitch Stuckey of Lakeland, TN; and 2 brothers, Carol Stuckey (Sandra) and Glynn Stuckey (Jan), all of Collins; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, December 4, 2021 from 12:30 pm until 1:30 pm at Wade Funeral Home.
