Funeral Services for Mr. Jake Drennan will be held at 1:00pm on Saturday, December 21, 2019, in the Wade Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Drennan was 39 years of age and passed away from this life on Monday, December 16, 2019 in Collins. Reverend Wes Garner and Reverend Brian Dickens will officiate. Interment will be in the Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Holder, Tony Wheat, Tim McDonald, Bud Bradshaw, Wayne Carrell, and Jeremy Ainsworth. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Brian Goodman and Brian Baker.

Michael Jake Drennan was born on April 7, 1980 in Hattiesburg to Robert Jerry Drennan and Beverly Lynn Upton Drennan. He was self employed. Mr. Drennan attended Cold Springs Baptist Church and was a member of the Collins United Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Drennan; and his grandparents, Paul and Maxine Upton and Earl and Jewel Drennan.

Survivors include his mother, Lynn Drennan of Collins; 2 children, Harlee Grace Drennan and James Michael Drennan of Mendenhall; 2 brothers, Jared Scott Drennan of Hattiesburg and Paul Justin Drennan of Collins; 1 nephew, Paul Justin "PJ" Drennan, Jr. of Collins; as well as a host of  other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, December 20, 2019 from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Wade Funeral Home.
