Graveside Funeral Rites for Mrs. Jennie Eads will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Mountain View Baptist Church Cemetery in Union Grove, AL. Mrs. Eads, age 92, passed away from this life on Saturday, May 31, 2025, in Hattiesburg, surrounded by her family. Reverend David Kelly will officiate.

Jennie Faye Eads was born on July 19, 1932, in Union Grove, AL, to Hugo and Lola Hughes. Mrs. Eads was a homemaker and a member of Mountain View Baptist Church in Union Grove, AL.

She was proceeded in death by her mother and father, Lola and Hugo Hughes; her husband, Forrest Byron Eads; a daughter-in-law, Amerylis Waters; 6 sisters and 1 brother.

Survivors include her sons, Larry Waters of Collins and Keith (Sybil) Waters of Seminary; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
