Graveside Funeral Rites with full military honors for Mr. Jerry Andress will be held at 2:30 pm on Friday, February 12, 2021, at the Houston National Cemetery in Houston, TX. Mr. Andress, age 91, passed away from this life on Monday, January 25, 2021 in Collins, MS. Michelle Merindino will officiate.

Jerry Eugene Andress was born on November 16, 1929, in Muskogee, OK, to Krystal Lee Andress and Florence Evelyn Callahan Andress. Mr. Andress was a retired veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston and was an Attorney at Law for over 50 years. Mr. Andress was the former County Attorney and District Attorney in Liberty County, TX. He was a member of Pop's Ferry Road Baptist Church in Biloxi and formerly a member of the First Baptist Church of Dayton, TX.

Mr. Andress was precded in death by his mother and father and his first wife, Billie Janet Andress.

Survivors include his wife, Angela Hughes-Krzyzanowski of Biloxi; 4 children, Leigh Hlavety, Ted Andress, Andy Andress, and Jamie Andress; 4 step-children, Brandy Andrews, Gerian Terry, Christian Jasper, and Andrea Hughes; 6 grandchildren; 10 step-grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren; as well as a host of beloved friends and collegues.
