Funeral Services for Mr. Jerry Eubanks will be held at 12:00pm, Thursday, June 9, 2016 in the Chapel at Wade Funeral Home. Mr. Eubanks was 72 years of age and passed away from this life on Friday, June 3, 2016, at his residence in Collins. Reverend Wayne Blackledge will officiate. Interment will be in the Ora Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home of Collins is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Kevin Jones, Todd Jones, Reggie Jones, Craig Broadus, Joe King, and Anthony Sasser. Roy Boleware will serve as Honorary Pallbearer.

Jerry Eubanks was born May 2, 1944 in Covington County to Travis Eubanks and Estelle Rutland Eubanks. Mr. Eubanks was a retired meat inspector at the Keesler Air Force Base Commissary and was a member of Mt. Sinai Pentecostal Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; 4 brothers, Clarence Eubanks, Ted Eubanks, William Henry "Bill" Eubanks, John C. Eubanks, and Randy Joe Eubanks; and 1 sister, Patricia Sasser.

Survivors include his 4 sisters, Dorothy Jones of Collins, Shirley Jones of Collins, Voncille Boleware and her husband Roy of Seminary, and Betty Broadus and her husband Kerry of Collins; as well a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation for will be Thursday from 10:00am until 12:00pm at Wade Funeral Home.
