Jimmie Lou Graves was born on January 1, 1958 in New Orleans, LA, to James Franklin Graves and Sarah McRaney Graves. Ms. Graves was retired and was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her father; her grandparents, Thad and Katie Graves; 2 sisters, Sharon Graves Coval and Mitzi Kashi Long; her aunt, Katherine Graves; and 3 uncles, Buck Graves, Jack Graves, and Thurman Graves.

Survivors are her mother, Faye Kashi of Loves Park, IL; 1 sister, Kathie McAlexander and her husband Charles of Clinton; 4 brothers, Jeff Graves and his wife Emily of Highland Lakes, NJ, Adam Graves and his wife Ginger of Hattiesburg, Daniel Graves of Petal; and Todd Kashi and his wife Connie of Machesney Park, IL; 10 nieces, Katie Hickman, Jamie Lyn Graves; Caitlin Graves, Chloe Graves, Aryn Long, Kiya Peterson, Cayli Kashi, Lexi Kashi, Meru Kirkland, and Sian Kirkland; 3 nephews, Clif Kirkland, Dr. Harley MacAlexander, and Caleb Kashi; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
