John David Ingram

Funeral services for Mr. John David Ingram will be held at 2:00pm Wednesday, January 24, 2018, at the Wade Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Ingram, 79, passed away Sunday, January 21, 2018, at his residence in Seminary. Reverend David Williamson, Reverend George Moore, and Reverend Frank Bishop will officiate and interment will be in the Providence Baptist Church Cemetery in Hattiesburg, MS.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Richard Woolwine, John Woolwine, Lavon Williamson, Ron Sanderson, William Ingram, and Barry Lowery. Honorary Pallbearers will be Ray Watkins, Frank Brewton, James Russell, and the members of Apostles Sunday School Class.

John David Ingram was born July 21, 1938 in Seminary, MS to Louis Ingram and Effie Riles Ingram. Mr. Ingram was a farmer, and a veteran of the United States Army. He was a member of the Providence Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and 1 brother, Gerald Ingram.

Mr. John David Ingram is survived by his wife of 53 years, Betty Carol Ingram; 2 daughters, Jan Ingram Williamson and her husband Jerry of Hattiesburg, and Karen Ingram of Seminary; 1 son, Johnny Ingram and his wife Tina of Hattiesburg; 3 grandchildren, Brent, Lauren, and Brynleigh Collins, all of Seminary; 2 brothers, Jack Ingram and his wife Faye of Pearl, and Dale Ingram of Seminary; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 24, from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Wade Funeral Home.
