Funeral services for Mr. Kenny Prince will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 8, 2021, at Sunset Baptist Church. Mr. Prince, age 73, passed away from this life on Monday, July 5, 2021, at his home near Mt. Olive. Eld. Reese Douglas, Jr. and Eld. Gary Bridges will officiate, and interment will follow in the Rock Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Ben Douglas, Ricky McNair, Chris Matthews, John Douglas, Darren Prince, and Dewayne Prince.

Kenneth Edward Prince was born on January 5th, 1948, in Smith County to Johnny "Buddy" Prince and Mary Ruth Green Prince. Mr. Prince owned and operated a poultry farm and was formerly an electrician in the oil field. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Sunset Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; 1 brother, Wayne Prince.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Carolyn Prince of Mt. Olive; 1 son, Glenn Prince (Renee) of Bay Springs; 2 daughters, April Yates (Michael) of Collins, and Laurie Holder of Bay Springs; 6 grandchildren, Logan Prince, Haleigh Holder, Rhys Holder, Oliver Holder, Eliott Holder, and Madison Yates; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday, July 8, 2021, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am at Sunset Baptist Church.
