A Private Funeral Service will be held for Reverend Kenneth G. Sanford of Sanford. Reverend Sanford was 85 years of age and passed away from this life on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 in Magee. Elder Joe Lott will officiate and interment will be in the Bethel Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Kenneth Goliath Sanford was born on January 26, 1935 in Sanford to Luther and Gloy Sanford. Reverend Sanford was a Preacher and a member of the Sanford Missionary Baptist Church.

Rev. Sanford was preceded in death by his mother and father; his first wife, Gussie Sanford; 1 granddaughter, Laurel Lowe; 1 brother, Melvin Sanford; and 1 sister, Olene Freeman.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Donald Sanford of Sanford; 3 sons, Jimmy Donald (Becky) of Hebron, Mike Donald (Suzan) and Joe Donald (Connie), all of Calhoun; 6 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; a niece and nephew, Debbie Pickering (Cliff) and Joey Sanford (Tina); as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
