Lois A. Maddox Maillet

Funeral services for Mrs. Lois A. Maddox Maillet will be held at 2:30pm Friday, January 11, 2019, at Salem Baptist Church. Mrs. Maddox Maillet, 56, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019, at her residence in Collins. Reverend Dennis Campbell will officiate and interment will be in the Cooley Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Milton Pegram, Justin Graves, Jacob Lamar, John Rhodes, John Dossett, and Jacob Tebo.

Lois A. Maddox Maillet was born May 17, 1962 in Selma, Alabama to Elbert Martin Northcutt and Mary Kathryn Robbins Northcutt. Mrs. Maddox Maillet was a truck driver in the transportation industry. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Kathryn McClain; 2 sons, John David Ponder, Jr., and Stephen Nicholas Ponder; and 1 sister, Brenda Tebo.

Mrs. Lois A. Maddox Maillet is survived by her husband of 19 years, Normand Joseph Maillet of Collins; 1 daughter, Jessica Lamar (Jacob) of Heidelberg; 3 grandchildren, Logan Reese Ponder, Nicholas Gage Ponder, and Skylar Lamar; and 3 sisters, Marla Pegram (Milton) of Collins, Mary Beth Ponder Crosby (Jackson) of Collins, and Tammy Crosby of Ocean Springs; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, January 11, from 1:00pm to 2:30pm at Salem Baptist Church.
