Funeral services for Mrs. Peggy Ann Hollingsworth will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 4, 2021, at the Wade Funeral Home Chapel. Mrs. Hollingsworth, age 76, passed away from this life on Tuesday, March 2, 2021, in Collins. Reverend David McNeil and Reverend Glenn Shoemake will officiate. Interment will be in the Cold Springs Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Serving as Pallbearers will be Johnathan Hollingsworth, Charles Hollingsworth, Tony Lott, Lynn Lott, Jacob Lott, and Tim Williamson. Honorary Pallbearers will be Greg Dickens and Robin Dickens.

Peggy Ann Dickens Hollingsworth was born on May 7, 1944, in Collins, to Jim Dickens and Lula Mae Hutchinson Dickens. Mrs. Hollingsworth was a Homemaker and a member of Cold Springs Baptist Church.

Mrs. Hollingsworth was preceded in death by her mother and father; 6 brothers, Dewitt, J.C., Bill, Mack, L.W., and Frank Dickens; and 1 sister, Marie Smith

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Rayford Hollingsworth of Collins, 2 sons, Virgil K. Hollingsworth (Caroline) of Ft. Valley, GA, and Mike Hollingsworth (Anna) of Collins; 4 grandchildren, Johnathan, Charles, Rowan, and Aria Hollingsworth; 1 sister, Betty Lott (Jackie) of Collins, and 2 brothers, Harold Dickens (Billie Sue) and Bob (Betty), all of Collins; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Wade Funeral Home.
