Funeral Services for Mr. Ray Lee will be held at 10:00am on Friday, May 17, 2019 at Shiloh Baptist Church. Mr. Lee, age 76, passed away from this life on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in Columbia. Brother Bryson Haden and Brother Dewitt Baine will officiate and interment will follow in the Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Ben Flynt, Jeffery King, William Monk, Kevin Lee, Drew Chancellor, and Matthew Windham.

Ray Lee was born in Covington County on November 27, 1942 to Abner Nathaniel Lee and Mahala Walters Lee. Mr. Lee was veteran of the U.S. Army and was a truck driver. He was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father; and 2 brothers, Pete Lee and Herman Lee.

Survivors include his daughter, Dawn Marie Smith (David) of Portland, OR; 4 granddaughters, Courtney Brooks Smith, Kelsey Maree Smith, Kenlee Alyson Smith, and Chloe Rachel Smith; 4 sisters, Elowese Ishee (Kenneth) of Laurel, Nancy "Jo" King (Paul) of Mount Olive, Patricia "Pat" Flynt (Jack) of Mount Olive, and Carolyn Monk (Billy) of Collins; as well a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00pm until 8:30pm at Shiloh Baptist Church.
