We lovingly honor the life of Roger Wayne Lowery of Seminary, Mississippi, born in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, who entered into eternal rest  on June 7, 2025, at the age of 66.

Roger touched many lives with his kindness, warmth, and sense of humor, leaving behind cherished memories for all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kendall Lowery and Helen Mooney Lowery; and his siblings, Carey Mack Lowery, Kendall Lowery Jr., Kenneth Lowery, and Ann Lowery Crosby.

He is survived by his children, Tuesday Lowery Sligh of Seminary and Brandon Lowery of Seminary; and his beloved grandchildren, Myles Lowery, Kristian Sligh, and Kohen Sligh. He is also survived by his siblings, Louise Kelly of Gulfport, Barbara Jean Lowery of Seminary, and Darlene Lowery of Seminary.

Roger will be especially remembered by his nieces and caregivers, Amy Lowery and Rhonda Jones of Seminary, as well as many other nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

Mr. Lowery was a talented craftsman and home builder, a NASCAR enthusiast, and a loyal Alabama Crimson Tide fan. He loved to laugh whether it was through a funny story and a good joke.  He truly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and he will be deeply missed.

The family will honor Mr. Lowery with a private graveside service on June 10th and public celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to the Lowery Family private fund with Priority Bank.
