Funeral Services for Mr. Roy McWilliams will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, in the Wade Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. McWilliams, age 63, passed away from this life on Saturday, September 20, 2025, in Mt. Olive. Brother Trent Sullivan and Brother Gary Sullivan will officiate and interment will follow in the Edon Baptist Church Cemetery in Stringer.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Kristopher Dennis, Clayton Dennis, Nathan Dennis, Preston Dennis, Georgia Dennis, Ronald Wade, and David Little.

Roy Calvin McWilliams, Jr. was born on January 23, 1962, in Bay Springs to Roy Calvin McWilliams, Sr. and Agnes Rose Griffith McWilliams. Mr. McWilliams was a mechanic, having worked 30 years for Magee Tire and Service, and more recently for Johnny's Automotive. Mr. McWilliams was a member of New Life Church in Magee. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, sitting under a shade tree, listening to music, and making bon fires.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and 2 brothers, Leroy McWilliams and George McWilliams.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Jessica (Allen) Dennis of Mt. Olive and Erica (Mark) Hollinghead of Puckett; 5 grandchildren, Kristopher Dennis, Clayton Dennis, Nathan Dennis, Preston Dennis, and Georgia Dennis; the mother of his children, Dianne McWilliams; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm at Wade Funeral Home.
