Funeral Services for Mr. Gregg Ward will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at the Wade Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Ward, age 47, passed away from this life on Thursday, March 21, 2019 at his residence near Collins. Reverend Joseph Bird and Reverend Sammy Ellis will officiate and Steve Wade, Marsha Wade, and Alesha Smith will provide the musical service. Interment will follow in the Blakeley Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Russell Winborne, Ed Williams, Charles Rowell, Ance Cascio, Terry Easterling, Jim Blakely, Brent Jones, Pete Rutland, Chris Brister, and Eddie Sadowski. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be Dale Williams, Jimmy Dale Yawn, David Shoemake, Glen Harvey, and Mickey Speed.

William Gregg Ward was born February 29, 1972 in Laurel to William Doyle Ward and Sarah Carolyn Easterling Ward. Mr. Ward was a cattle farmer and a member of the Collins Full Gospel Church.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Garvis William and Wynell Ward and Rev. Earl "Earley" and Annie Mae Easterling.

Mr. Ward is survived by his father and mother; Doyle and Carolyn Ward of Collins; sister, Christina Moran of Oak Grove; 2 nieces, Courtlyn and Amri; and 1 nephew, Dane; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Sunday from 12:30pm until 2:00pm at Wade Funeral Home.
