Worth Bagley

Funeral Services for Worth Bagley will be held at 3:00pm on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Victory Baptist Church. Mr. Bagley passed away from this life on Thursday, November 2, 2017 in Hattiesburg. Reverend Seth Bond and Reverend Dr. Nathan Barber will officiate and interment will be in the Victory Baptist Church Cemetery.

Wade Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Edwards, Vernon Watts, Frank Lee Jr., Jason Goar, Daniel Bagley, and David Daughdrill. Honorary Pallbearers will be Eugene Champagne and Wayne Bagley.

Weldon Worth Bagley was born December 31, 1934 in Gladewater, TX to Wiley Lee Bagley, Sr., and Martha Gladys Coulter Bagley. He was a retired logging contractor and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Worth Bagley was a member of the Olive Branch #34 Masonic Lodge and was a member of Williamsburg Baptist Church.

Worth Bagley was preceded in death by his mother and father; and two brothers, Ward Coulter Bagley and Reverend Walter Tony Bagley.

Mr. Bagley is survived by his wife of 56 years, Janice Brown Bagley of Collins; 2 daughters, Carol McPhail (Kent) of Theodore, AL, and Connie Richardson (Randy) of Gulfport; 1 brother, W.L. Bagley Jr. (Shirley) of Collins; 1 sister, Dean Daughdrill of Collins; and five grandchildren, Meredith McPhail, Cameron McPhail, Claire Richardson, Parker McPhail, and Julia Richardson; as well as a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 5:30pm until 8:00pm at Wade Funeral Home.
